The Diversity Barometer is a survey aimed at HR professionals that maps diversity in work organizations and work life.

Description

The Diversity Barometer surveys the views and attitudes of HR professionals regarding the diversity of Finnish work organizations.

The barometer was implemented as an online survey in co-operation with HENRY ry and Local Government and County Employers KT (former KT Local Government Employers). The survey's target group consists of HR managers and directors of Finnish companies and work organisations, as well as HR developers and experts. HENRY's members include HR managers and HR specialists from both public and private sector companies and organizations.

The Diversity Barometer has been implemented four times: in 2007, 2011, 2016 and 2020.

What do the indicators describe?

The Diversity Barometer surveys HR professionals' views on diversity in work life and work organizations. Some of the questions are the same in each survey, but some of the questions map specific themes selected for each year.

The data consists of surveys from 2007 (449 responses), 2011 (264 responses), 2016 (255 responses) and 2020 (250 responses).
